Which marketplaces can I import reviews from?

Trendyol, Hepsiburada and N11 are supported. All sources appear in the same widget alongside your native ikas reviews, each with a source badge.

Do reviews sync automatically?

Yes. Once a source is connected, reviews sync on a regular schedule. Filters like minimum rating and photo-only give you control over what gets imported.

Are customer names shown as-is?

That's up to you. With anonymization on, names are shortened. You can also route every review through an approval flow before it goes live.

When will Proofly be on the ikas App Store?

Proofly is not on the ikas App Store yet; final preparation is ongoing. Check this page for updates.
