Which stores does Stocki work with?

Stocki works with any store running on ikas. It installs from the ikas App Store with no technical setup.

How fresh is my stock data?

Orders are processed instantly via webhooks, while products and stock sync on a regular schedule. The dashboard reflects the current state of your store.

How is lost revenue calculated?

Stocki computes each product's average daily sales over the last 30 days and caps outlier spikes. The estimated loss is what that product would have earned during the days it sat out of stock.

Do I lose my data if I uninstall?

No. Your data is kept for 60 days; reinstall within that window and you continue right where you left off.
